Feedback and Complaints

Feedback

We welcome feedback from clients and other stakeholders.  It helps ensure we are providing a high quality service that meets the needs of our community.

Your input may lead to service improvements, so please feel free to contact us with any feedback be it positive, negative or a suggestion.

See the contact us page for ways to get in touch, or complete or download the Quick Compliments and Suggestions Form.

Complaints

If you have any concerns about, or are unhappy with any aspect of our service, we want to hear from you.  You have a right to complain and by doing so we may be able to make improvements to our service that benefit you and others.

Most problems are easily fixed if we know about them.  A simple phone call could resolve the problem and save you unnecessary worry in the future.

There are a number of ways you can approach us to make a complaint; write a letter,  submit a Complaint form, email a staff member, or call the office and someone will listen to you and take down your complaint over the phone.

For more information on making a complaint download our How to Make a Complaint brochure.
