Booking a Trip

If you haven’t traveled with TBBCT before, you must register with our service before you can make a booking.

Bookings for Individual Transport

To make a booking call 1300 875 895.  We need at least 2 working days notice to coordinate the trip – so please call as soon as you have your appointment time.

Unfortunately,  we cannot guarantee your booking if insufficient notice is given.

If you wish to book using email please contact our office: admin@community-transport.org.au

Please have the following information handy when you call to make a booking:

• date of your trip
• exact name and address of the destination
• approximate time you will be ready to return
• if a carer or support person will be travelling with you
• if you need to travel to additional places eg chemist
