We pride ourselves on providing a high quality, safe and accessible service to all our clients.

Mobility Impairment

We have a range of vehicles available to meet our clients’ mobility needs, from cars and buses which are easy to get in and out of (with respectful assistance if necessary), to wheelchair accessible vehicles.   Our drivers and bus assistants/attendants are trained in assisting clients with mobility impairments, including assisting clients with wheelie walkers.   Assistants on our shopping buses can support clients by carrying their bags to the door, or into the kitchen if needed.

Vision Impairment

Clients with assistance dogs will find them to be very welcome in all our vehicles.  Our resource materials are available in large print and electronic form from on our downloads page or by calling the office on 1300 875 895.

Hearing or Speech Impairment

Those with hearing or speech impairment can contact us through the National Relay Service.
