Older People
To access Community Transport and other aged care services contact the Federal Government’s My Aged Care on 1800 200 422. You will be asked a number of questions to determine what aged care services you might be eligible for. Tell them you would like to use Tweed Byron Ballina Community Transport and they will send us a referral. If you have a health care appointment coming up, call us directly on 1300 875 895.
NDIS Participants
We are a registered provider with the NDIS. Contact our office on 1300 875 895 and speak with us about your transport needs.
Other People who are Transport Disadvantaged
Contact our office on 1300 875 895 for an over the phone assessment. You will be asked some questions about your circumstances to determine whether you are eligible. It is best to call well in advance of any appointments for which you need transport.
