How to access our service
How to access our service
Potential new clients can call our office with a transport request. We also receive referrals from friends and family members, community service providers, GP’s, Community Health, and the Health Transport Unit.
Assessment
An assessment is made to ensure the person needing transport is eligible for the service, and to match clients transport needs to our available resources. Clients must be already registered to be eligible to book a trip with TBBCT.
Bookings - individual transport
We require reasonable notice of an appointment to enable our staff to
co-ordinate the trip - so please call as soon as you have your appointment time.
Feedback and complaints
We welcome both positive and negative feedback regarding our services - If you have a complaint, or a compliment, please contact the Manager by calling, writing or emailing the office. You can also write directly to the Chairperson of the Management Committee.
Funding Bodies
This organisation is funded by the Australian Government, Human Services NSW, Ageing, Disability and Home Care (ADHC), Home and Community Care Program (HACC), NSW Health, and NSW Dept of Transport.
